Focus Group are undergoing a period of rapid growth and are looking for an experienced operations executive to join the Operations Team. If you are proficient in the following areas we want to hear from you.
- WLR3 provisioning
- VOIP provisioning, particularly with Gamma products
- Ethernet delivery
- Number portability in NGN or Geographic numbering both to WLR3 or VOIP products
- Project management, particularly with the convergence of the above product

The Focus Group are looking for 6 salespeople/account managers to join our highly successful telecoms department. We want enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals who will be required to sell a range of products and services to businesses throughout the South East.
We are recruiting people with experience and without.
Experienced candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience selling to businesses in a face to face environment. You should have experience in generating opportunities preferably through telecanvassing and networking. Experience in the telecoms industry is preferable.
The position involves the full sales cycle. You will be required to book appointments, sit face to face appointments with clients and manage your accounts on an ongoing basis.
You need to have a full UK driving licence.
No experience: £15k + commission + mobile (OTE Yr1 £25k, Yr2 £40k)
Experienced: up to £25k + commission + mobile (OTE Yr1 £40k, Yr 2 £65k)
Company car may be given after 6 months subject to performance.
The Focus Group is looking to recruit four new business sales staff to join our thriving mobile department.
Candidates should be comfortable with cold-calling and have a proven track record at identifying new customer opportunities.
Business to business sales experience would be an advantage, although mobile phone sales experience is essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
Up to £25k subject to experience + uncapped commission, company mobile.
Company car may be available after 6 months subject to performance.
The Focus Group is looking for 2 enthusiastic, highly motivated people to work within our Energy Department.
You will be required to sell Energy Tariffs to existing Focus customers as well as generating new leads and sales opportunities.
The successful candidates should be comfortable making cold calls and have a professional telephone manner.
You should have at least 12 months of business to business sales experience and must have a full UK driving licence.
Up to £20k subject to experience + uncapped commission + mobile + bonus scheme.hide
The Focus Group is looking for 2 telesales people to work in our systems department generating leads and appointments for the sales team.
A successful candidate must have experience in telemarketing in a business to business environment.The role offers the opportunity to develop skills with scope to move into other areas of the business subject to performance.
Subject to experience + uncapped commission.
