All our customers have access to the fault number 0845 450 5225. Using this number you will be able to report a fault at any time of day. While fault resolution is often largely dependent upon Openreach as they endeavour to work within their published timescales, you can relax, safe in the knowledge that your fault is being dealt with.
With some of our products customers can choose to pay for elevated care levels. This is generally reflected in a more favourable service level agreement. Please speak to your account manager who will be happy to provider further information.
