A unique feature of the service provided by Focus is our dedication to fault reporting.
All of our customers have access to the fault number: 0845 450 5225. On this number you will be able to report the fault at any time of day. Of course we are all dependant on Openreach working within their published timescales but at least you can relax, safe in the knowledge that your fault is being dealt with.
Customers can choose to pay for elevated levels of care, up to Openreach’s Care Level Four which means your service level agreement is a six hour fix time. If this is of interest please speak to your account manager who will be happy to help.
Faults can occur at any time of day and many of our customers operate their businesses late into the evening and at weekends.
Our free 24/7 fault management service is there to assist in these circumstances.
