This is to inform you that on 18th November software upgrades are due for PC Soft Client, Android Soft Client and iPhone Soft Client (Beta). If you do not currently use these applications, please disregard this notification.

PC Soft Client

PC Soft Client will be upgraded to Version 21.2.1. You will be prompted to complete the upgrade which is not mandatory but recommended. Version 21.2.1 will introduce Call Centre Agent controls, Company and Personal Directory search and improved Call History.

When upgrading, please follow the below steps:

1. Open the browser and download the new installer
2. Run the installer
3. Uninstall the existing version if offered


iOS (Beta) Soft Client

iOS Soft Client application on the App Store will be upgraded to version 21.2.3. Any users who have automatic updates configured on their iPhone phone will be updated when the phone next checks for updates. If automatic updates are not configured, the user will have to manually update via the App Store. Version 21.1.3 will provide bug fixes, including compatibility with iOS 9 and iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

This software is not compatible with iPhone 6S or the iPhone 6S Plus.


Android Soft Client

Android Soft Client application on the Google Play Store will be upgraded to version 21.2.2. Any users who have automatic updates configured on their Android phone will be updated when the Google market process next checks for updates. If automatic updates are not configured, the user will have to manually update via the Google Play app. Version 21.1.2 will contain minor bug fixes and interface improvements.

Once the upgrade is complete the password will need to be re-entered.
